My roles

Since the client was using different systems to manage inventory, accounting, orders and website, his request was to create an integrated system to consolidate and optimize his work process.

This Integrated system focused on picking book orders from the main warehouse and managing customer service.

The first step was to get to know the different systems and to understand user behavior (system operators) on a daily basis, and find out what is the most convenient methodology for them.

The final step was to connect the various utilities to an easy and intuitive interface that satisfies the operator's needs.
